There is one thing that most Malaysians would not get tired of. More American diners around. Malaysians love burgers as evidently you can see from the burger craze that is still going on around. We also have countless roadside burger stall to satisfy any midnight burger craving.

Bad Boy Cooks at Setiawalk, Puchong is not exactly a burger joint but the menu contains a range of American dining options with a few Asian twist thrown in.

The interior is pretty cosy and it screams Modern American concept. A cosy and edgy interior. Despite the name, Bad Boy Cooks actually passes off as a very comfortable family dining outlook. Families should not overlook this outlet whenever you guys come over to Setiawalk.

Affogato Shake (RM8)
I had this Affogato Shake that particular evening and I wasn't disappointed at all. The coffee taste is very apparent in this and it wasn't overshadowed by the amount of milk the shake contained. The bitter sweet drink is probably one of the best milkshakes I had. I went there a couple of times again after that just to had a cup of this baby.

Bad Boy Mash (RM4)
Chilli Nachos (RM6)
Chilli Fries (RM6)
The highlight of these 3 dishes are definitely the chilli beef sauce. To be honest, the fries, nachos and mash potato are pretty average in terms of taste but their chilli beef sauce is another different story. The sauce is flavourful and the chunkiness of the beef is something you just want to keep on eating. Basically, the chilli beef sauce is the life of all these 3 dishes.

Bad Boy Wings (RM6)
If you like your wings spicy, Bad Boy Cooks is a place you won't be disappointed. The spiciness of their sauce is something you should not take lightly off. The wings were deep fried to golden brown before being mixed with the spicy sauce. Good grub to go with a beer.

Sloppy BB (RM13)
Sloppy BB is a burger filled with their awesome chilli beef sauce. The patty used is well seasoned and juicy and the chilli sauce needs no further introduction. What I like about the patty is that it had a slight crisp on the outer later. The grilling is exactly how I like it to be done. I still think their buns could use some work to compliment the nice patty they had.

Fire Bird (RM 9)
The Fire Bird however, the meat is slightly dry and the combination of salad in between the bun tasted weird to me.
Chilli Olio with Egg (RM8)
On the other hand, Bad Boy Cooks' Chilli Olio with Egg is done pretty well. The spaghetti is al dente and the seasoning is done just right.

Al Funghi with Beef Bacon (RM9)
The Al Funghi with beef bacon is creamy and the sauce is thick. Definitely not a dish for people who like their al funghi wet but for me, the thickness is just right. Very well seasoned as well.
Grilled Fish (RM12)
The lightly battered grilled fish was fresh and the cream sauce that went together with it is quite nice as well.
Slaw Dog (RM9)
As I mentioned earlier, I wasn't a fan of any savoury meat to go along with coleslaw and this one is no different. The hot dog is grilled very nicely though.

Grilled Lamb (RM19)
One of the best dish I had in Bad Boy Cooks is definitely their grilled lamb. Their lamb is tender and juicy. It was nicely grilled and the seasoning is really good. I would prefer to have it without the cream sauce as well.

Katsu Bowl (RM9)
This diner which had a huge variety of American dishes also included a Japanese variation, the Katsu bowl. The chicken cutlet was perfectly fried with the right amount of batter and the meat is moist on the inside. Love the sauce they used to go with the chicken cutlet.
Cajun Chicken (RM12)
Another nicely cooked dish with tender chicken meat is their Cajun Chicken. Not to be missed for those who like Cajun dishes.

Tempura Fish (RM10)
Their tempura fish is also surprising good, crispy layer of batter and moist fish meat on the inside. It blends nicely with their cheese sauce.
Beef Patty & Mash (RM13)
If you are the person who only enjoys the burger patty and not everything else that came along with it, then you should order this particular dish. Remember I mentioned their beef patty is juicy and there is a slight crisp on the outer layer? You can taste that texture with this dish. Despite their cream sauce is pretty good, I would like to have it with their chilli beef sauce instead.

Tempura Mushroom (RM 5)
Nicely fried tempura mushroom without being oily and over coated with batter.

Bad Boy Caesar (RM 8)
Basically a healthy option for meat lover. Love the crispiness of the beef bacon.

Bad Boy Egg Tuna (RM 8)
Another salad selection.
Bad Boy Madness (RM 19)
This Bad Boy Madness is literally madness. The amount of ice cream and cream used is definitely a plus point for kids or anyone who enjoys eating sweet stuff. You should probably enjoy this only with a company of minimum 3 people or you will be getting almost a week worth of calories with just one of these.

Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience at Bad Boy Cooks and I actually returned a couple of times. The must order for my return is definitely their Affogato Shake and Bad Boy Wings. Do drop by their outlet if you are ever there! Let me know if you did challenge the Bad Boy Madness on your own!
